This French mountain-style cheese, aged between 6 months and a year, has a firm and compact consistency and a buttery texture with a well-developed flavour. During the maturation process, our Kabritt develops its own unique and beautiful natural rind. Kabritt is the Haitian Creole word for ‘Goat’, named in honour of our Haitian friends and family.
