Buffalo Paneer

Paneer has been a protein-rich staple in South Asia for thousands of years, used in many curries, vegetable dishes and snacks. A pure white, spongy paneer, this version uses free-range, water buffalo milk from the Island and is high in protein, vitamins and minerals. Paneer is always cooked before serving.
